Support The Channel collects the information needed to process and administer your support, including the channel selected, amount, frequency, payment status, and any display name you submit.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect your payment details, email address, billing information, device information, and other data under its own privacy policy.

Site analytics

We record aggregate landing-page visits, active time, page-scroll depth, the referring site category, campaign labels included in a link, a temporary browser-session identifier, and approximate country, region, and city when Cloudflare provides them. We use this information to understand which videos, links, broad locations, and page experiences lead to support. We do not store full card details or full IP addresses in our site analytics.

Public supporter board

Your display name and support total appear publicly only when you select the leaderboard option. You may use a nickname or leave the name blank to appear as Anonymous. Contact us to request removal from the public board.

Use and retention

We use support records to confirm payments, maintain subscriptions, provide customer service, prevent abuse, calculate the supporter board, and meet financial or legal recordkeeping requirements.
